The Initial Creation 1974-1982

The Second Re-Creation 1983-1993

  • Moved the head office to 3-3-12, Ryutsu-danchi, Koshigaya-shi, Saitama, Japan.

The Third Re-Creation 1994-2002

  • 1994
  • Started the first rental services for therapy equipment in Japan. Entered with a vision of “creating a company that sells quality service and safety ‘promptly’ at low prices.”
  • 1996
  • Registered as an over-the-counter company at Japan Securities Dealers Association.

The Fourth Re-Creation 2003-2013

  • 2003
  • Entered with a vision of “creating the most reliable service platform for medical devices.”
  • 2004
  • Listed the stocks on the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ.
  • 2011
  • Provided Ambu twin pumps and resuscitation bags SPUR II (500 units for each) at free of charge to medical insti- tutions in the affected area of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
  • 2013
  • With the TOB implementation, became non-listed.

The Fifth Re-Creation 2014-2021

  • 2014
  • Entered with a vision of “transforming into a ‘reliable CS (customer service) platform company’ that promptly provides cost-effective and hands-on services so that medical scenes can create added values by utilizing medical equipments more effectively, safely, quickly, and cheaply.”
  • 2016
  • Obtained ISO 13485 (quality management system for medical devices) certification.
  • 2018
  • Transferred all stock issued to Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation on Oct 1st.
  • 2020
  • Merged with Pacific Medico Co., Ltd. of the Taiyo Nippon Sanso Group.

The Sixth Re-Creation 2022-2030

  • Entered with a vision of “Trusted and continuously appointed next-generation service platform”.
