IMI initiated Japan’s first field maintenance services with therapeutic medical devices in 1979. Since our service launch, we have allocated designated field service engineers at our CS* throughout Japan, enabling IMI to provide maintenance promptly.

With this philosophy, we established our own technical certificate program and allocated educated engineers at our CS* throughout Japan, developing service quality and responsiveness further.

Full Maintenance Course requires no additional charge and includes regular maintenance and repair.
Basic Course offers reasonable pricing. Other courses are also available.
Medical institutions are free to choose options and fulfill their service needs.
