IMI obtained ISO13485*1 certificate in 2016. To help “patients receive safe medical services in medical scenes,” we dedicate ourselves to providing safety management services based on legal requirements.

Prompt and meticulous safety management system
By acquiring information within and outside of Japan, we determine and implement the appropriate measures to secure the quality of medical devices while providing feedback to medical institutions.
Through this safety management system, IMI supports safe medical services.
Furthermore, we have placed on-site managers at our CS*2 throughout Japan to supervise the safety management system and provide prompt and meticulous services.
